What is a Breast Prosthesis?
A breast prosthesis is designed to replace your natural breast, fitting comfortably in a bra cup for a natural look. It is most commonly used after breast cancer surgery, whether you've had a mastectomy (removal of the breast) or a wide local excision (removal of a lump along with surrounding tissue). A well-fitted prosthesis can improve your posture and help you feel confident in your appearance.

Lorraine will ensure you find the prosthesis that best suits your needs, all in a private and welcoming environment. Fittings are done by appointment and are entirely confidential, giving you the time and space you deserve to make the right choice.
How much does it cost?
The range we offer at Good ensures that you have the best products and awide range to choose from while being able to keep within your allowance from the HSE.
Anyone who has a had a mastectomy as part of their cancer treatment is eligible for 1 breast prosthesis, 2 bras, 1 swim prosthesis and 1 swimsuit. This increases for those who have had a double mastectomy.
No medical required.
Just get a prescription from your doctor and bring it in to us.

If you’ve had a full or partial mastectomy, choosing the right prosthesis is an important step toward feeling like yourself again. For those who’ve undergone a full mastectomy, it’s crucial to select a prosthesis that closely matches your original size, shape, weight, and overall appearance. If you’ve had a partial mastectomy, it’s equally important that the prosthesis complements your remaining breast for balance and comfort.

Swimwear Options
At Good's, we also stock a comprehensive range of swimwear featuring a higher-cut neckline so that you can feel confident and secure both in and out of the water. The arm styling is also designed for the special requirements of the wearer.
The breast form pockets are integrated on both sides and have a concealed side opening. The sewn-in bust lining and under-bust band provide optimum support.
