Shipping & Deliveries
How long will it take for my order to be delivered?
For all orders we aim to ship your items as soon as possible.
Our delivery partners are working to ensure your order reaches you as quickly and safely as possible. Once shipped please use the tracking number provided in the shipping notification email to track your delivery status.
How can I track my order?
You will find your tracking number by clicking on the ‘View Your Order’ link in your dispatch email. Please use this link to track your delivery.
Please contact our Delivery Partners for all delivery queries as we are unable to provide any information on deliveries.
What if I need to amend/cancel my order?
We will try to accommodate your request to amend or cancel an order. Unfortunately, we cannot guarantee to be able to do at this before the item has been shipped. Should you require a different size/product, and your order has already been shipped please place a new order for the correct size/product and return your original order for a full refund.
What is your return/refund policy?
In order to facilitated ease of returns we have extended our returns policy to 28 days from receipt of your order. Please note:
• We are happy to cover the cost of return if an item is faulty.
• We do not cover costs for returning unwanted items.
