Part-Time Flexible Retail Assistant 

11 -20 hours per week

Monday - Saturday availability

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide excellent customer service and assistance on the shop floor, measuring & fitting customers in our Lingerie Department
• Help customers with product inquiries and recommendations
• Keep the store neat, organised, and well-stocked
• Process transactions at the register
• Assist with special promotions or in-store events as needed

Hours:

• 11 - 20 hours per week
• 30 hours peak trade & holidays
• Availability Monday - Saturday
• Sundays leading up to Christmas - if needed.
• Weekend and weekday shifts available
• Position not suitable for Students

Requirements:

• Friendly and approachable attitude
• Excellent communication skills
• Ability to stand for extended periods and lift light items
• No prior retail experience required, full training will be provided
• A positive, enthusiastic approach to working with customers
